February was always going to be a big month for me. After not leaving SA for 2.5 years, I've been interstate for 3 of the past 4 weekends.

I love this concept of ‘turning people into trees’.
It's about accepting people and understanding what made them this way. It allows us to appreciate people for all that they are, rather than how we think they should be.
The same goes for ourselves. If only we allowed and accepted ourselves, we'd save so much energy and emotion. Let's start appreciating all that we are instead of what we're not. It's enough.
