Issue #74 | Gwyneth Paltrow's Soup, My New Grey Coat, Angela Scanlon on a podcast about 'Mind Movies', and How to Stop Caring About What Others Think.
Plus, we're off on a road trip to Mum and Dad's!
We made it to Friiiiiday!
It’s gotta be my favourite day of the week.
Firstly, I nerd out on sending this newsletter and love imagining you enjoying it over your Friday morning coffee.
Secondly, it always feel like an achievement, does it not? We conquered our week of to-do’s and at the end of the day we can collectively exhale, climb into a comfy chair and knock back a Negroni/Wine/Block of Choccy.
Fridays also hold the possibility of the weekend - where we finally find space in our calendars and can welcome unplanned moments. It’s where the magic usually happens. Whether it’s friends calling in for a drink, that turns into an impromptu dinner, and ends with a 1am Uber home. Or perhaps it’s simply laughing at your kids randomness, enjoying their sweetness and sense of humour, instead of rushing them to their next activity.
Whatever your Friday holds, I hope you find joy in it. And I really hope The List can be the perfect start.
Let’s get into issue #74! Today I'm sharing:
A print about judgement to stop caring about what others think
A podcast episode with Angela Scanlon speaking all things manifestation, vision boards and mind movies! Great listen.
My new grey coat (I bought it yesterday and haven’t even worn it yet!)
And Gwyneth Paltrow’s Soup - if it’s good enough for Gwyneth, it’s good enough for me.
Have the happiest Friday!
