It realllllly feels like we're back into the routine of life doesn't it?

I don't know about you, but in my world, time feels to be what I'm lacking most.

The fact that I've created more time but still seem to be complaining about it shows me that I'm the problem. (It's me, hi) It's not about the time, it's the way I'm looking at it.

This week I re-committed to my morning routine (I shared it here) and it's already made the biggest difference. I've gone from feeling frustrated to calm in just a few days.

And my circumstances haven't changed. Just my view towards it all.

Having a strong mindset is a non-negotiable in my life, so it's been a nice little reminder that it takes effort to feel good.

Ok, let's get into Issue #59! Today I'm sharing:

  • A quote to combat procrastination

  • A podcast I've loved for 7 years

  • The clothes I manifested

  • A one-tray italian chicken dinner

“Yesterday you said tomorrow."

I'm great friends with procrastination. If there's something I can do later, I love to take that option.

But you know what happens… I get stressed, frustrated, low in energy and irritable. Can you relate?

The paradox, is that when I get in and just do, I feel amazing. I'm proud of myself, energetic, kinder and get even more done.

I spoke about my morning routine in my letter up top, and this relates to that. By focusing on what I can do, instead of what I can't do I know I'm so much happier.

I often don't start because I don't think I'll be able to get it all done. So I've shifted my focus to another motto: done is better than perfect.
