Where did that week go? I blinked and it's Friday again!

I hope your week was full of the things that make you happy. If you'll indulge me, I'd love to hear the best thing about your week.

I'll go first…

My best: having a full week to work on my business. Making my own schedule, being productive and having time for exercise (currently obsessed with Pilates) and catch ups really made my heart sing!

Hit reply and let me know yours :)

And now, let's get into Issue #55! Today I'm sharing:

  • A quote inspired by having enough

  • A new internet read I'm enjoying

  • My new favourite top

  • A recipe that was quicker than ordering takeaway

I hope you love the issue.

“Look at the magic all around you”

I had a consistent gratitude practise for the last 3 months of 2023, but since I've been on holidays it's fallen out of my routine. I'm so keen to get back into it - the difference it has on my day to day outlook is amazing.

This excerpt from ‘The Gap and the Gain’ only strengthens my desire to make it a daily habit again and perhaps add in some ‘wins’ too:

"Writing what you're grateful for is very powerful. But perhaps even more powerful is writing down specific "wins" you had that day. Writing three wins from the day not only boost your gratitude but simultaneously boosts your confidence. In his book Tiny Habits, the Stanford behaviour scientist Dr. BJ Fogg explains that feeling good and feeling like you're making progress are essential to growth and happiness."

P.S. I've created this in 3 colourways for you :)
