Happy New Year!

Welcome to week 1 of 2024.

I hope you've had a beautiful break with your nearest and dearest and are a feeling refreshed and recharged!

If you're not feeling as fresh as you'd like, that's totally okay too. Your pal here has had quite the slow start to 2024. Usually I'm ready and raring to go, but I've found myself dragging my feet a little more than I'd like.

Instead of forcing things, I'm taking my time with goals, following the habits that I know will make me feel great, and trusting that it will all come together. It always does :)

Plus there's a lot to look forward to this year and I can't wait to share it all with you!

So let's get into Issue #53. Today I'm sharing:

  • A quote about being beautiful

  • An inspiring book you can pick up and put down

  • My new favourite two-piece

  • My favourite recipe from my favourite Chef

I hope you enjoy the issue!

INSPO | QUOTE

“To be beautiful means to be yourself. You don’t need to be accepted by others. You need to accept yourself.” -Thich Nhat Hanh

How refreshing is it when you meet someone who is completely at ease in their own skin?

They might not be perfect, but something about the way they fully accept themselves and don't apologise for who they are is disarming. By them being completely at ease in their own skin, it immediately puts you at ease too.

I would rather the beauty of inner love and acceptance over external beauty any day.

P.S. I've created it in a black background with white writing for you too. Click to get both :)
