In these workbooks you get a snapshot of the areas of your life that are working, the parts that need some attention, plus you will form an action plan to get you to where you want to be over the next 1-6 months.

I created this Check-In Scan to get a clear picture of where you are currently at in all areas of your life.
It's easy to coast through life without taking stock of how you're living. I've broken the categories up into Health, Wealth and Mindset. You will get a clear sense of which category requires the most attention, which makes it easier to set goals that will have the most positive impact on your life.
It's also a great tool for tracking progress. Think of it like a before and after photo - you might not be where you want to be right now, but when you check in again at 1, 2 or 6 months time you will be blown away by the positive results and actually be able to SEE them.
