What's been the highlight of your week so far?
For me, it was the incredible meal Joey cooked for Josh and I last night.
She dished up a slow cooked Spiced Roast Cauliflower with Green Tahini Sauce, followed by Dried Apricot Toffee Pots. The rain was pouring outside as we feasted ourselves and sipped on red wine. Not bad for a Thursday night!
I'll be sure to share the recipes in coming weeks. They're unreal.

This week I made a commitment to myself to limit the amount of complaining I've been doing.When you focus on what you don't want you start noticing even more things to complain about. I was over it!
Then I remembered the serenity prayer - I'm sure you've seen it before. I read it and decided I could accept what was happening instead of resisting it, and work within the parameters of what I do have.
And I've had a much more enjoyable and peaceful week because of it.
