I've been known to overthink. When things are going well, or I get a good idea, or an exciting opportunity comes along, fear can really set in. If you're like me, your brain can start looking for reasons why/how things could go wrong.
Similarly, when I want to try something new or go after a goal, I can use fear as a reason not to start. It's a safety mechanism, but it means nothing in our lives will ever change.
I love this quote. It's a strong reminder to focus on what you want instead of what you don't want. We move towards what we focus on, so I choose to focus on the good stuff.
