How has your week been?

Life is really good in my part of the world. We’ve got some fun things happening behind the scenes (I’ll share with you soon!), and I’ve been loving the amount of time I’ve had at home with the people I love.

If you’ve read the Manifesting Diaries, one of my goals for the past 12 months was to see my friends and family more, and I’ve actually had time to spend with all of my family and a few more friends over the past couple of months. It’s the best. It’s also a nice reminder that having a little more space in my calendar can bring a lot more peace to my life.

As I write that, I get the feeling things are about to ramp up…starting with a big weekend of Netball here on Saturday and a day trip to Sydney for Fox Netball on Sunday. Its taken me a couple of years to realise that working weekends means it’s ok to take some days off during the week and that’s been lovely!

In The List today, I’m spoiling you with not one but 2 quotes about intuition. It’s something I’ve been leaning into more lately and I hope these quotes inspire you to do the same. If you’re someone (like me!) who loves to have a sense of control, I think it could really help.

I bought some makeup and beauty bits this week that I’m loving. I think you’ll love the products (and the price!) too.

The podcast I’m sharing this week is very new to me but feels like a breath of fresh air. When it feels like every poddy under the sun is trying to change your life (I’m guilty of this too - we all want to help!) it’s nice to simply be entertained.

Lastly, this weeks recipe Easy Thai Beef Bowls is a must-make. I’ve cooked it twice already and made a double batch for lunches this week. It felt like I was buying a high-end salad that I’d usually spend $18 on, and you better believe that made me feel a little bit smug. It’s delicious, filling and healthy.

Read on to get all the good stuff, and if you haven’t subscribed, give it a go! If you’re not into it, just unsubscribe and you’ll only have to set yourself back $7.

Also, you get immediate access to every back issue. There’s over 124 recipes and recommendations.

Enough of the intro, let’s get into issue #124 of The List!
