If you’re new here, let me introduce you to The Manifesting Diaries.

I started this series because I was sick of people on the internet claiming that ‘things magically happen’ if you make a vision board.

I’ve had a lot of success with ‘manifesting’ - or as I like to call it ‘Goal Setting’ As an athlete it’s how we were taught to achieve our dreams.

We’ve witnessed the incredible achievements of our Olympians over the past few weeks. Did they manifest their success? Or is it the combination of a clear vision, diligent action and an unshakeable self-belief? Or is it all the same thing?

In The Manifesting Diaries, I’ve shared with you my goals, my vision board and I check in with you monthly to share exactly what I’ve done to achieve each one. It’s in real-time, with no bullshit. I don’t have an agenda, except to peel back the curtain on what going after goals really looks like. All in the hope that you feel inspired to take action yourself to create a happy, confident and content life.

So far, I’ve been astounded at how much I’ve achieved. My goals are not something I’m ‘hustling’ towards. I’m not ‘trying hard’ or forcing them to happen. One of the biggest lessons I share below is about patience and resisting the urge to push things that I’m not ready for. Instead, I’m allowing my dreams to flow and ‘magically’ my life starts moving in the direction of my dreams. It’s pretty cool.

Another purpose for The Manifesting Diaries series is to show you the goals I choose to work towards. I once ran a membership called ‘The Goals Club’ (TGC) where I helped hundreds of women set and achieve their goals (I loved it!). I held monthly masterclasses, hosted guest speakers and held accountability check-ins for members. In TGC the biggest obstacle for members was simply getting started. The most common phrase I heard was: “I don’t know what my goals are”. There was so much fear about choosing the wrong goal, of failure, or a lack of self-belief - which manifested into resistance and a lack of action.

The thing is: it doesn’t really matter. When you take the first step, the path becomes clear. And it might change! If you look back at my diary entries they’ve evolved over the past 4 months to become more aligned with my values. The reason we set goals is to feel happier, confident and content. Achieving the goals is a bonus - it’s who we become along that’s the true prize.

So, today you’ll see where I’m up to in my manifestations. Have I got a new car? A new house? More subscribers? Do I feel good in my body? All is revealed below…

Today in THE MANIFESTING DIARIES, I’m sharing:

  • An update on every single dream including:

    • What I achieved

    • The action I took

    • Am I on track?

  • My daily practices and if I actually did them (!)

  • What I’ve learnt so far

NOTE — I highly recommend creating a vision board and getting clear on your dreams. I’ve included my workbook for you to download at the bottom of the email if you’re keen to get in on the action.

THE MANIFESTATIONS

An update on where I’m at with every one of my dreams.

DREAM: I have a positive impact on people through the work that I do (spread joy!)

THIS MONTH: At this point, it’s ingrained in me to spread joy through the work I do. Although, there’s always room for improvement!

I certainly did my best to spread joy at the school visits for the SSN GF Trophy tour, chatting all things netty, taking photos and signing autographs for the thousands of kids we visited!

My goal is to always spread joy here in The List, offering a little escape from your life by giving you a little window in to mine. My sickness this past month did take it’s toll, so I hope that didn’t bring you down! I show up authentically, so I didn’t want to pretend I was thriving when I wasn’t :) Life, hey!

ON TRACK: Yes! It feels a part of who I am now.
